WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The vote to ban the sale of dogs and cats in this famously liberal enclave will likely have more bark than bite, since no pet stores in the city currently sell animals. Seems silly to outlaw something that already doesn't happen. What do you think?
I think we should talk about this weekend's Winter Guard Contest at Cypress Lakes HS. So here we go:
4:00 am Meet at KHS and load bus and truck
4:30 am Leave KHS (stop en-route for breakfast)
8:30 am Arrive and check in
8:40 am Change into costume
9:00 am Warm Up
9:40 am Move to Timed Warm Up
9:48 am Timed Warm up
9:57 am Ready Line
10:00 am Performance Time
11:20 am Retreat
12:00 pm Go to eat lunch at Katy Mills Mall
3:30 pm Leave for KHS
6:30 pm Arrive at KHS
Make sure you have everything you need to perform with you and bring money for breakfast and lunch.
We will have rehearsal Thursday morning at 7 am. If we are all here and ready to go by 7:15 am then we will not practice on Friday. We will practice Friday after school to get a go run of the timing in.
So, to review:
Thursday 7am (if everyone is on time and there no practice Friday Morning)
Friday 7 am (if not everyone is there on Thursday)
